In accordance with consumer protection regulations and Paddle Buyer Terms, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, without needing to provide a reason.
This 14-day period begins from the date you complete your purchase.
Digital Content & Immediate Access
Please note that Middo is a digital service that provides immediate access upon subscription. By purchasing and accessing our service, you acknowledge that:
- You consent to immediate performance of the service agreement
- The digital content will be made available immediately after purchase
- However, we still honor our 14-day refund policy regardless of usage to ensure customer satisfaction
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Contact Paddle directly (as Merchant of Record) through your purchase receipt email
- Contact our support team at contact@dudaji.vn and we will process your request through Paddle
Please provide the following information when requesting a refund:
- Your account email address
- Order or transaction ID (from your receipt)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional)
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The subscription was purchased directly through our platform via Paddle
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Paddle will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel after the 14-day refund period:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
- Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us or Paddle directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly through our refund process.
